Amazing Food at Khunjerab | Trout Fish Farm | Pak China Border | Local Food of Gilgit Baltistan

In the last video you saw our amazing journey from Nagar to Khunjerab Pass which was memorable, no we'll go back towards the hotel But we'll stop for some traditional local Gilgiti food And we'll also have some delicious trout fish! Sir, I was just telling him that since you've come from Karachi you have to visit our village Where we have a 400 year old mosque And there we have another Khunjerab Cafe where my family works. You should definitely visit! So, this area is Sost where this is the main market, we have all kinds of shops and restaurants 

We had stopped at Khunjerab Cafe But they have a branch in their village where we can explore a lot more, so So let's go to the village. It's almost evening so it would be lunch AND dinner both So let's not wait. Let's Go! Chinese and Pakistani flags are flying here and below it it's written "Khunjerab Cafe" Okay so, while this Khunjerab Cafe is on the main road, it's away from the main bazar Assalam Alaikum, how are you?  Everything good? -Is it far? --No, not much but do you have the car here? --Yes Well then you have to a bit down the road then offroad a bit, there you'll see the fish farm The fish farm is a bit far, so we'll go and check the trout out then come back to eat! Look at this...Ducks are roaming here as well The natural spring water is also flowing This here is the Trout fish farm The government that offered us incentives so we started this farm 4-5 years ago Why don't you show us some? --Come with me! One fish weighs arouf 2.5-3 kgs Does a big fish have more taste or a small one? --The big ones, around 1.5-2 kg ones So, we saw the trout farm and there's obviously a difference in a farm fish and wild ones But now it's evening so let's go back to the cafe When we left for Pak-China Border, it was time for lunch But if we'd had lunched, we won't have reached the border in time So if you're going there, you should get some snacks as per my experience! Or leave early in the morning and have lunch at Sost then go to the border! I'm sorry sir, we're a bit crowded! -
