He sits here in the morning So this place is named after him That's Babu Bhai You like Bun Kababs How long have you been having this? Since childhood You live here on Burns Road? Yes They make these Daal Kababs

 I can see green chilies in there too They dip this in egg; fry them and it's special ingredient is it's chutney This Bun Kabab Rs.40 only it's amazing So these are the amazing Babu Bun Kababs Each of them is Rs.40. We ordered 2 of these for Rs.80 It's a very simple burger, just a Daal Kabab coated with Egg and it's main thing is it's chutney. Let's check this out This Bun Kabab is just amazing the buns are fresh ; soft The chutney of this burger is it's main ingredient It's really amazing, it's a bit spicy but it tastes nice  that's what the true essence of Bun Kababs is These are big  small Gulab Jamuns?

I've been working here for 20-22 years The previous owner of this place passed away, now his brother runs this This place has been open for 60-65 years These two are coated, rest are regular ones Trying this fish was a must too. It looks very spicy This is the non-coated one and this one

's coated They gave this chutney too. That's nice They also have this amazing Nihari

 They're famous for their kababs but a big crowds here for Nihari too They're constantly refilling it with Nihari They've got marrow and brains here How much is the special nihari? Rs.720 So our food is here now These are the famous Fry Kababs  Dhaga Kababs Chicken Tikka, Paratha, Naan, their special Chutney  Onions This entire thread comes out they wrap this because it's really soft

It's very crispy They taste so good I've been having this since childhood  it tastes the same They're very soft ; not too spicy They feel butter-smooth You can have it with Chapati or Paratha They're amazing These are Dhaga Kababs Let's find out the difference between themFry Kababs Because fry kababs are basically dhaga kababs so they both taste almost same but I guess they add cream or butter in fry kababs because they have a really smooth texture
