Feels really good! Everyone makes tikka of local chicken. Farmed chicken not many people use now. We try to use local chicken as well. Spices are still the same like they were decades ago. We're in our fourth generation but the spices and recipe are the same. And tonight we're at the famous Bundu Khan BBQ at Sindhi Muslim Society! Assalamualaikum! I'll get my light! So over here we have six types of kababs right. And Maqsood'll tell us what they are. So this is the chicken boti, then the malai boti. Straight from his hands, he just took this off. This is the mutton seekh kabab. Wow! These mutton kababs are something else! Ashfaq's been calling these sheesh kabab. In Turkey they call these sheesh kabab but they're actually seekh kabab. And their taste is just amazing! Masood has given us a plate full of kababs just off the grill, another to them. Awesome! How was the kabab? Better than what I'd expected! I was surprised. Not because I had assumed it'd be delicious, but it looked plain! Looked like it's just meat you know

And you eat it and it's got this lovely, subtle, cumin flavor. And this is a seekh kabab, not sheesh kabab. Seekh kabab. Thanks for correcting, I've spent too much time in Turkey! Thank you so much brother. The cost of this is a third of a dollar. Been famous over the last fifty years, the bundu khan halwa! It's called suji halwa, and they use orange coloring in it. I've seen today the purpose of me making these street food videos. As TRT World is a big media network in Turkey. And someone from such a big network flies to our country. And makes videos of our kababs,

our street food! And then I give them the guidance and help. And play my small part in bringing fame to our nation. Then I don't think there's anything better than this. We're making the famous brown karahi. They have two karahis, brown and white. The brown one has tomatoes. And the white one doesn't. The meat's inside being cooked in really hot oil. And immediately you can smell that garlic. You'll get to see me less in today's video because our Turk guests are filming. And I don't want to cause any disturbance in their video. And have been making BTS shots of their video. So you guys too can see how videos are actually made. Hope you'll like it! So you see, this is what it's like behind-the-scenes. haven't eaten the tikka yet. Can't say yet that's it's the best in the world. But I can tell you that it's the best. One of the best. But I can say that I agree with you. Can't say it as a definitive absolute statement. One of the best. But this is really really good. The flavors are all the way into the bones. Zia by the way got us connected to Maqsood. And we're very lucky because Maqsood runs the Dubai branch. He's been here for two weeks and we luckily got him. And that's why you need to follow Zia and get him to 700,000 subscribers. Everyone offers food but food offered with love is the real deal! Then it tastes awesome! Alhamdullilah I loved it that you guys enjoyed it! Pakistanis are famous for their hospitality! And Maqsood Bundu Khan is not better than anyone else. You've seen Maqsood in my Dehli-Karachi Collab. And thank you for being in thus Turkey-Karachi collab too! Insha'Allah and Turks and Pakistanis are brothers anyway.
