Their Chimichurri Chicken, which is an Argentinian dish, is really good and also their Tacos . Burgers and also a special story behind this restaurant that is, they give away 70% of the profit from their sales to charity that is why they opened this restaurant so we'll share all of this today with you guys Let's go inside Hunger's Den .
see what's happening Chalein! (Let's Go!) What's your name? Haseeb Ur Rehman What do you have on the menu? We have a variety of items on our menu Our specialty is Tacos, Pizza Burgers . Lava Burgers You'll rarely find these items in Karachi What are you making right now? Working on a few orders I'm working on the "Love Bite" right now What's that? It's a burger What's your recipe for the tacos? Capsicum, Carrot, Cabbage, Boiled Chicken and some spices These are it's casings.
What are they made from? It's made from corn flour These are crispy right? Yes We'll fill this with cheese. it's filling then pack it This is the cheese, these are the chicken .vegetables mixed .the casings The cheese has completely melted They'll now top it with Salsa These Mexican Tacos are ready. Our tacos are here now. Let's try them out This layer of cheese is just amazing The flavor of the chicken .the sauces has it's own place But it's casing makes it taste amaizng I've never been to Mexico so I don't know how the originals taste like but these are just amazing Right now.

I'm here with Haseeb's father .Hunger's Den owner We've tried one item, and will try other ones in a bit and the taste is great Tell me about the charity aspect of your business A lot of people lost there jobs in COVID-19 so we kept that in mind . thought about charity Chefs from Saudia Arabia were coming back after losing their jobs and we thought that we can help them out and get more workers
We give away 70% of our profits to charity But the salaries are not given from the charity right? No that is separate from it and the charity is in God's name? Yes exactly We basically run our charity from the name of "Aliza Foundation" Aliza was my niece's name so we named it after her She was born in a very critical condition but God worked a miracle .saved her life that is why we started the charity on her name We do a lot of thing through it like supplying groceries . food distribution but we thought a better thing than this would be to provide employment to people This way they'll be able work and support their families themselves What's this? Chicken Roulade and how is it made?
We first prepare the chicken .then roll it with stuffing This is for the Chimichurri? Yes You'll use breast pieces in it Do you guys make your own Chimichurri sauce? Yes we have it here It's a bit spicy right? Yes it is It has a zesty flavor This is their Ice Ten pasta Right there they're making Chimichurri Chicken.here the pasta This is the Hazelnut Pesto Sauce Haseeb told me that all you guys have worked abroad So where were you? I was working in Bahrain What happened there?
Everything closed there after lockdown People started losing their jobs . we were sent back here I was unemployed for a while After a while I saw their vacancy ad so I called them and they didn't ask anything or take an interview they just said that we've opened this place for you guys . you can join from tomorrow The thing about Karachi is that no sleeps hungry here
There are so many welfare organizations here like Edhi, Chhipa, JDC, Alamgir, Saylani and so many other people are working and Haseeb. his father are also doing amazing work This is a mainstream restaurant. the prices here are also good but the people working here were working abroad . were unemployed because of COVID And in the future they'll keep providing employment and will keep donating 70% of their profits to charity And it's a great thing.
Their food is also delicious So you're not only coming here for food but also helping them for a noble cause This is their Ice Ten Pasta You'll add chicken separately? Yes we'll put it on like Ice Our Chimichurri Chicken is here They've topped it with their Chimichurri Sauce along with fries Our Ice Ten Pasta is here It's a stuffed roll with shredded chicken.
vegetables inside It's great! The sauce they've made with cheese .cream tastes good These rolls have their own taste .it compliments the pasta really well Let's move towards the Chimichurri Chicken The sauce on it is a special Argentinian sauce Let's try it out Very nice.
