Shogran Siri Paye Trip in Winter

 Assalam o Alaikum! Grip on Trip's new episode of Thund Program  is taking its toll on me. It's February and I am in Shogran. You are wrong if you think that it is good sunshine or comfortable. This place remains open even in snow. Kaghan, Saif ul Malook, Babusar Top and Lalazar are closed in intense weather. Today's plan is to reach Shogran Bazar from hotel. I am in Shogran as Naraz region is almost completely closed in winter, only Shogran part is open. You cannot go far. You can cover Siri Paey track as far as your power allows. You cannot go to Paey as the track is closed due to 8 feet snow.

In winter, Shogran is the best in Naran region. Do not do much exertion. More than 50% hotels are closed in winter here. It is better to pre book your hotel. I will tell you how to come to Shogran and the details about jeep, track and expenditures. I will discuss. Kiwai to Shogran track is in very bad condition. People could come on their own vehicle but they are widening this road these days. Stay with me to see beauty of Shogran. Shogran and Siri Paey are the most famous places of Kaghan valley. Kaghan is 260km from Islamabad. For Shogran and Siri Paey, you turn right from Kiwai 37km before Kaghan. I will try to reach Shogran Bazar which has canteens. Will try to talk to people on our way. If they allowed. Shogran main point is about 1km from my hotel. This 1km is very beautiful and adventurous. Road is completely covered with snow. Silence and beauty of the road have cast a spell. Natural beauty blooms in winter. Subhan Allah! It is too quite and satisfying.

You should come in winter as well. It's not dangerous. Track on snow. Don't step on hard snow. As the view opens, you see shinning snow on far off mountains. Subhan Allah! What a view! This point seems good. Let's have a drone view. It is Shogran's iconic government guest house with a big lawn. There are a lot of people here in summer and Mashallah I can see more than that in winter. People sit here and look at Musa Ka Musalla, Chinar Resort and Shraan Jungle. Cloud keep covering it in summer. If you stay here for 2 to 3 days, you must see rain. Many people come here for rain in summer. Horse riding, tube travel is in fashion. This guy has come from Karachi for last 5 days. How are you enjoying? Very good. Not feeling cold? Do you want to ride a horse? I already have. One feels dizzy after reaching Lahore via train. I travel a lot and eat a lot and every second person I meet is from Karachi. More than 60, 70% tourists are from Karachi.
