Assalam-o-Alaikum, I am Zia Tabarak and today I'll be leaving for a very long journey We'll be staying tonight in Islamabad We'll check out what's happening there and then next day we'll leave for Nagar Valley It's a beautiful valley in Gilgit Baltistan Gilgit Baltistan has some beautiful lakes and some of the largest mountain ranges in the world You'll find a different view on every turn It's a beautiful place We'll be trying their traditional dishes They're very simple, delicious healthy

We've came towards our Rest House from Airport We stopped here to buy Samosas  snacks 'cause we were only served water in our flight due to COVID so we'll buy some samosas tea What are you buying Talha? just some gifts from Islamabad They have Chaat as well Which chaat is this? I make Falafel, they make Samosa We just bought samosa's from Ice Chilli and he's saying  I've watched you whole Ramadan on streets of Karachi now I'm on streets of Islamabad What will you add in Falafel? The other one is Mixed Wrap Amir where are you from? I'm from Karachi. I've lived there for a long time Although I was born in Dubai You're from Dubai that's why you're making this What's this? This is Falafel mixture What's this made from? It's made from Chickpeas other vegetables like Onions, Parsley, Garlic then we add spices in it fry it and then we make its sandwich This is the Falafel and now it'll be wrapped with all these vegetables This falafel's also made from chickpeas vegetables This is Humus These are Eggplants French Fries This is Jalapeno? These are Vinegar Pickles Which sauce you'll add now? 

This is Tahina (Tahini) It's made from Sesame seeds You're using all the authentic sauces This one's for Rs.200? Yes You can add these if you want to make it spicy Make it spicy but not too much It's called Shatta (Middle Eastern Hot Sauce) I heard this in Saudia Arabia Wouldn't this be too much spicy?  

No it'll make it tangy Our Falafel wrap is ready These are Rocket leaves. They give a flavor of black peppers So this Amyi Falafel He named it Amyi after his name Amir It looks really good You guys say I don't show vegetarian food so this is pure vegetarian and he's from Dubai so it has an authentic taste It's very tasty He brought these Falafels to try them without wrap Amir this wrap's amazing It feels amazing especially in this rainy weather It's drizzling, Falafel in one hand  wrap in other in this amazing weather in Islamabad What's your address? Besham and stay in Chilas tonight The motorway we just crossed was finished about a year ago and it's beautiful   It's my first time travelling through it We're at a roadside stop right now We just had breakfast but let's see what's available here They have Tandoori Chai available here Our tea is here check out this view Mansehra's mountains, breezy weather  a hot cup of tea feels just amazing After having tea at Mansehra-Hazara Motorway we'll stop directly at Besham now and the weather's just amazing right now All these goats have blocked the road This is the site for Dasu Dam and ahead of it will be Diamer Bhasha Dam The roads here aren't properly built It was fine behind us but they're really bumpy here This entire place is the Dam site. It's fenced for construction So we've now reached Besham There's Yadgaar Restaurant  a memorial right here.

This memorial is for Pakistani  Chinese engineers workers and they all died in an accident here so this monumenet was constructed for them There's this restaurant here  and behind it is this beautiful river We'll stay here for a while, have lunch and enjoy this beautiful view What's your name? Wazeer Khan What's in the menu? Kabuli Pulao, Qeema, Daal, Vegetables, Mutton Chicken Karahi Can I check out your kitchen? Yeah sure What are you making?

After lunch we'll leave 'cause we have to leave for Chilas today the journey is long so we'll leave immediately We've ordered Shahi Daal Let's see how this Shahi Daal is Usually in northern areas you'll find basic items in lunch We'll finish our lunch move ahead After lunch we're now heading towards Chilas We'll pass through Dasu  a few waterfalls so if we have time we'll stop there as well and hopefully stay at Chilas tonight and leave for Nagar Valley,

Hunza tomorrow We're en route to Chilas stopped at Pattan right now There's a traffic jam here We'll move ahead when it gets cleared but take a look at these pipes these pipes are taking water from the waterfalls straight to the houses here This is chilled, fresh water This is going in homes from these pipes It's almost time for Maghrib prayers We'll pray, 

have some tea, refresh ourselves the rest of our journey will be in the dark so we won't be able to see much So I'll catch up once we reach our hotel Which tea do you have? Water Tankers It's huge business in Karachi It's not anymore because of water shortages It was a profitable business because there was water now because of water shortages it isn't anymore I wish there were waterfalls like this in Karachi No that's only available here People of Karachi have to make their own destiny Let's finish this tea head towards Chilas Should we go? All y'all come here These guys will be with us from Islamabad till Hunza They are Amir, Muzzamil, Sadaqat Shahrukh He resembles Shahrukh Khan too They all might stay with us till Hunza All of them are from Karachi  Hyderabad and they all are traveling with BOP Travels Right now we'll head towards Chilas.
