s here This is the masala, ready right here it has mince onions There are total 14 traditional dishes which every normal person can eat chapshoro mamtu are one of them but other dishes which are made in desi ghee you can't eat them (due to digestion issues) only locals can have them and they're for winters, because they're warm dishes Do you have chapshoro only or other dishes as well? Yes I thought it was cooked and you'll just cook the bread and this bread is just plain bread right? No it's fine flour(pastry flour) They take two breads & they seal them together and that's what cooks the filling inside We make this on demand. We have a chapshoro as well That has different filling right? No it's the same, we just increase the size They're cooking this on wood This is the Mamtu This is just one bite This is a local dish Mamtu, you can call it a dumpling as well and they're also called Momo It's very tasty Just 3 of them are enough. They're really heavy Especially for people of Karachi a small bowl would be enough for 6 people True, just 2 of them made me full we have chapshoro as well People here don't get any major diseases 'cause they don't eat fried food. s natural That's the road, our car's right here They're making Chapshoro there Our chairs are here and the river's right here Mountains, river, clouds an amazing view Rizwan has brought our Chapshoro They've sliced it like a pizza and brought some ketchup along with it This is the Chapshoro I told them to specifically make the one the locals eat so that there's no ghee in it so they made the local one for us Very nice It isn't too much spicy It tastes amazing with plain bread The meat they've used is really fatty because it's so cold out here They've added a good amount of meat in it It's a delicious an amazing dish I'd recommend that whenever you come here try it out from the original place only It won't be as good if you change the dish your own way Thank you so much.
